Suzie is the President and Director of Operations at Smart Sitting, an agency she has built to over seven figures over the past decade. While running the ship at Smart Sitting, she has also been hard at work developing a communication framework that works across all industries to increase engagement and fulfillment for employees and leaders at all levels. Prior to her work at Smart Sitting, Suzie graduated from NYU and worked at some of the top advertising agencies in New York, gaining experience and understanding in marketing, copywriting, client relations, and the positive impact of a strong brand identity. She has also worked alongside lawyers in an antitrust litigation firm, which instilled an appreciation for details and a patience for sometimes unavoidable tedium

Suzie describes her communication and consulting style as direct, transparent, nurturing, warm and empathetic. She loves working with people across all levels of a company who are working towards the implementation of a vision or a mission.

Suzie lives in Nashville, TN with her husband and two children. In her spare time she loves to play piano, write songs, exercise, and go out to eat with friends who are willing to order at least 5 different things and share.
